CCG panels are rollformed from Versa-Steel, a CSi Engineered Solution™ for standardized painted metal systems. Versa-Steel assures the buyer of consistent high quality, value, and performance with every order.
Versa-Steel metal is cleaned, leveled, pretreated, primed and painted for full protection on the company’s state-of-the-science coil paint lines operated by Consolidated Metal Products® Group, another unit of CSi®. Versa-Steel standard colors are offered, with most carrying manufacturer limited warranties for paint system performance. Versa-Clear™ is available for a bare metal look without compromising protection. Custom colors and color matching can be done in house.
PBR profiles are engineered to exacting specifications for structural stability and finish performance Galvalume® coating on light-gauge steel is the standard substrate for Versa-Steel PBR panels. Galvalume-coated steel without additional coating protection may be ordered.
